Join us for an unforgettable evening of restorative yoga and soothing, heartfelt cello music. During the yoga practice, Angie will guide us as we will stay close to the floor and use many props to support ease, and relaxation. Hayley will play live, beautiful and rich cello music that will enrich our experience as we rest and restore.
Angie will join Hayley with the crystal bowls for the last 30 minutes to create the perfect environment to let your heart open and your body completely relax and feel the vibration and beauty of the music.
