Hertzfeld Poultry Farms, Inc. is a diversified agricultural organization specializing in providing high-quality eggs. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Hertzfeld, Sr. began the family business with an 80-acre farm in 1938. In 1959 they began to focus on egg production with 6,000 laying hens. Hertzfeld Poultry Farms, Inc. was incorporated in 1966, growing from a family farm to a fully integrated company that controls all phases of the production cycle.
