49th Annual Applebutter Fest

Date & Time:

October 11 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Venue

Grand Rapids Ohio

Grand Rapids, United States

Since 1977, the Applebutter Fest has been a beloved local tradition, offering a blend of historical
re-enactments, artisan crafts, live music, delectable food, and of course, delicious apple butter. What began as a modest gathering has blossomed into a vibrant event, drawing over 30,000 attendees annually. Guided by the Historical Society of Grand Rapids Ohio, our dedicated team of volunteers takes pride in building an unforgettable experience for all.

100% of the Historical Society of Grand Rapids Ohio’s members and friends, who work on the various committees for months leading up to the Fest and on the Fest weekend from setup to clean up, are volunteers and receive NO compensation.  We are so very grateful to these individuals, who give generously of their time and talents and demonstrate their love of our community and the Applebutter Fest through these efforts.  If you have never volunteered at the Fest, you cannot begin to imagine just how much work goes into the planning and execution of this event!
