Items shall be placed along the right-of-way of the street the night proceeding the collection day or before 7:00 am on the collection day. Due to the increased cost to the Village to provide this type of pick-up, Village residents should not allow anyone from outside the Village to bring items to their property, and they should notify Village officials if they see this happening.
