Your spine is more than something to stabilize — it sits at the center of how you balance, breathe, and move with ease. When we better understand the natural patterns and possibilities within our spine, Pilates becomes more connected, more efficient, and more supportive for the whole body.
Pilates On Purpose: Your Spine, Your Practice is a small-group educational experience designed for those who already enjoy Pilates — or for anyone curious about deepening their mind-body connection through intentional movement and greater understanding.
Rather than focusing on perfection or correction, this workshop invites curiosity and awareness.
Together we will explore the four essential spinal movements through guided Pilates exercises that help you feel and recognize your unique movement tendencies. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of how your body moves and how small shifts can create greater ease, support, and confidence – both in class and in daily life.
